Long description

Silhouette turns background removal from a chore into a batch operation. Drop hundreds of images into a collection, pick a matting engine, fine-tune edges with a handful of dials, and export pixel-perfect cutouts — all on your Mac's Neural Engine and GPU. It then checks its own work: readiness reports score dimensions, background, margins and crop risk, while product fidelity checks re-read the finished export to catch a logo the matte sliced through, label text that stopped reading, or a barcode that no longer scans. It can also ground a product with a contact, drop, or floor-fade shadow so it sits on the page instead of floating, composited on-device and never generated. Nothing uploads, no account is required, and there is no subscription. Silhouette is free with every model and every dial; a one-time Pro upgrade unlocks batch processing across entire collections, marketplace presets, grounding shadows, readiness and product-fidelity checks, and headless export from Shortcuts.
